During my stay, I loved that it was just a short walk of only about 2 km to the beautiful Maryville-Alcoa Greenway, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll, and the property was clean and well decorated, making it a comfortable base before exploring the nearby Springbrook Park for a relaxing afternoon.

great stay but some minor issues

The friendly waitress made our breakfast feel warm and inviting. The layout of the room provided a good amount of space for our group, allowing everyone to relax comfortably.

However, the noise from outside was a bit bothersome during the night.

Had a great time staying with friends while visiting Dollywood and Neyland Stadium. The staff was super helpful, and we enjoyed the comfy beds and nice atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for an easy trip to the airport. I definitely recommend checking out the restaurant for breakfast!

One downside was the noise from the bar area. It made it tough to get to sleep early, which was a bummer after a long day. If you're planning to turn in early, keep that in mind.

We had a fantastic time at the pool area. it was perfect for our small kids with its fun multi-levels and waterfall. Plus, the location was super convenient for our visit to Dollywood, making it easy to plan a day of family fun!

The local eats are a treasure trove! Don't miss out on exploring nearby joints for some incredible flavors that scream Alcoa! Plus, the pool area was clean and welcoming, and the friendly staff made our stay cozy. That late-night hot tub sesh was just what we needed!

Loved the heated indoor pool with a waterfall and the convenient covered walkway to the airport. The ample charging outlets were a lifesaver!

Great for Groups Traveling Together

We were only there for one night, but I gotta say, the whole experience was great. The morning buffet in the restaurant had a nice selection, and the waitress, I mean wow, she was like family, so friendly and nice, made us feel right at home.

But let me be honest, it wasn't exactly cheap, you know what I'm saying?

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious King Room with cozy beds and abundant outlets. The food quality at the restaurant was outstanding, and I loved the warm, inviting pool atmosphere! Definitely returning soon!

The complimentary breakfast featured a variety of healthy options, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable after long workdays.
